Linda received her Bachelor of Law degree and her Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong. Linda joined Chambers in 2011 after completing pupillage with the late Mr Alexander King SC, Mrs Lisa Remedios, Mr Bruce Tse and Mr Albert Yau.

Linda has a broad civil and criminal litigation practice. She has been instructed in a wide range of cases involving areas such as land, matrimonial, general commercial and contractual disputes, commercial crimes, corruption, money laundering and other criminal matters.

Linda has served as one of the legal advisers of the Legislative Council Secretariat from September 2018 to January 2020. During her time in LegCo, she has advised different committees of the Council, including the public accounts committee and other sub-committees. She has also advised the Legislature on bills and subsidiary legislation in various areas such as tax and rates, employment, housing, immigration and the United Nations sanctions.
